Billing FAQ

Are the CLI tools free to use locally?

Yes. All CLI tools can be used locally or in CI/CD without restrictions on any plan. Plans only govern dashboard access, cloud storage, and integrations. You can run npx @tk-tis/tk-scan unlimited times for free.

Is there a free trial for paid plans?

Yes. All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You can downgrade to Free at any time.

How does billing work?

Plans are billed monthly. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. When upgrading mid-cycle, you are charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

What happens if I exceed my plan limits?

Soft limits are enforced with warnings. If you consistently exceed limits, we will suggest upgrading. Hard limits (like project count) prevent creating additional resources until you upgrade or remove existing ones.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel any time from Settings > Billing. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation in case you want to reactivate.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. Enterprise plans can also pay by invoice.

Do you offer custom Enterprise pricing?

Yes. For teams that need more than what the Enterprise plan offers (dedicated regions, custom SLAs, on-premises deployment), contact our sales team for a custom quote.
